Dental Implants
Procedure Description
Dental implant surgery is a comprehensive procedure performed to permanently replace one or more missing teeth with titanium implants that integrate with your jawbone. The process begins with the dental surgeon cutting through the gum tissue to expose the underlying jawbone. Specialized dental instruments called implant drill bits are then used to carefully prepare the bone, creating precisely measured space for the dental implant fixture. Once the site is prepared, a titanium implant post is inserted into the jawbone. A healing cap is placed over the implant, and the area is sutured closed to allow the implant to bond with the surrounding bone and gum tissue through a process called osseointegration. This healing period typically requires three to six months, during which new bone grows over the implant to securely anchor it in place. After sufficient healing has occurred, you'll return for a second appointment where the healing cap is removed and a custom dental crown is permanently attached to the implant, completing your restoration with a natural-looking, fully functional replacement tooth.

Want the Most Natural Solution
Implants don't affect adjacent teeth and integrate with your jawbone.
